The hotel provided a good location for accessing nearby attractions easily. Additionally, there were useful facilities available, like a geyser and air-conditioning.
Staff seem to have poor communication between themselves and with guests. I had a frustrating experience with multiple staff needing to be called or asked for basic facilities.

The hotel had a great location and was conveniently located near the city center. the room I stayed in had basic facilities, including an AC and Geyser. These two assets made my stay more comfortable. there were some good onsite facilities.
My experience staying here was mostly negative. the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and I had to keep asking for basic facilities to be provided.
